The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly at the reception. They were incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met. Their professionalism and genuine warmth made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself is charming, with well-maintained and beautifully decorated facilities. My room was spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Despite these minor issues, my overall experience at Juweira Boutique Hotel was positive, thanks largely to the amazing staff and the charming ambiance of the hotel. I hope the management considers extending the pool hours and upgrading the gym facilities to match the high standards of the rest of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its hospitality and comfort, but with a small caveat regarding the gym and pool timings. --- This review highlights the positives while providing constructive feedback on areas that could be improved.

At the reception, we were greeted by Rasha, and we didn’t have to wait at all – the check-in process was quick and efficient. At the same time, Rasha gave us a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities and all the opportunities available, ensuring we wouldn't miss anything. It was incredibly helpful and pleasant. Rasha, thank you so much for your attentiveness and professionalism! The room cleaning was impeccable. Every time returning from the beach, we found our rooms perfectly tidied. A special thanks to Maruf for his excellent work! The hotel's location is excellent: it has direct access to both the ocean beach and the bay area. The hotel compound is widespread, featuring picturesque canals with charming bridges. Along the shore, there are numerous restaurants offering a variety of delicious cuisines, as well as small souvenir shops. Although the hotel is rated 4 stars, the comfort and services provided easily match a 5-star experience. We would love to return here again!

- Exceptional service from a wonderful team, huge spacious and peaceful facilities, beautiful gardens and beaches - Rasha and Islam from reception were extremely friendly, the concierge team, Rima, Hussein, Manoj and Raj from the breakfast room and restaurants were excellent, Maan from the room service and pool bar made the best cocktails and was great to chat too, and Azmir and his housekeeping were the best ever! Everyone we had contact with was very genuine, friendly and professional. - Beautiful Marina Suite, two balconies overlooking the marina, comfy bed, enormous bathroom, sun loungers - Lovely breakfast spread and service, excellent daily housekeeping service, good wifi, clean beaches, long walks - Superb seafood dinner outdoors listening to a band with a cello, guitar and flute player

Great amenities and complimentary water, tea & coffee Beautiful view from the balcony Superb breakfast, the best on the resort. Peaceful atmosphere, much nicer than the 5* hotels nearby (which you can also access freely). We were suprinde to find you can access nearly all areas of the nearby hotels on the Hawana Resort (Rotana and Fanar). Even so, Juweira was the best place to stay. The best small private beach, again peaceful compared to the others. Very fine white sand and shallow water We also received complementary cake to my room on my birthday

I spent 3 nights in this hotel. I travel a lot and have rarely encountered a hotel of such quality. The room with balcony and view of the marina is very large, with plenty of storage space. Restaurant: the buffet dinner at the Al Manara restaurant is very good and varied every evening. Very good breakfast too. IMPORTANT NOTE: I had a problem with my return flight and THE RECEPTION STAFF WERE FANSTASTIC, RASHA IS SO VERY KING AND LISTENING, AS WELL AS HER TWO COLLEGUES (sorry, I can't remember their names, but they wear the kouma), AND THE MANAGER. I therefore recommend this hotel 100%.
